Iron Polymaltose

Iron Polymaltose Complex (IPC) is a novel macromolecular complex of iron(III) hydroxide and polymaltose. It is designed to treat iron deficiency with a lower incidence of gastrointestinal side effects (such as constipation, nausea, and bloating) compared to traditional ferrous salts because the iron is released in a controlled, non-ionic form.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage should be adapted to the severity of the iron deficiency. It is highly recommended to take Iron Polymaltose during or immediately after meals to reduce any potential stomach upset. Liquid forms can be mixed with fruit or vegetable juices.
